Water Utility Laborer/Technician II – Public Works Department
College Township is accepting applications for the position of Water Utility Laborer/Technician II in the Public Works Department.
Hiring Range: $44,939 – $49,433 (dependent upon qualifications and experience)
Primary Duties:
- Maintain and construct the College Township Water Authority water distribution system, including water lines, fire hydrants, pumping stations, storage facilities, meters, and related appurtenances.
- Occasional overtime required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Water Utility Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in water line construction and maintenance, or a combination of education and experience.
- Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Commercial Driver’s License Class A with air brake endorsement or ability to obtain within 9 months of hire.
Schedule & Benefits:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
