College Township Water Authority (CTWA)

The College Township Water Authority (the "CTWA") was formed by a resolution of the Council of College Township, Centre County, Pennsylvania, adopted on May 2, 1996, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act of 1945. In September 1998, the CTWA executed a management agreement with College Township ( the "Township") whereby the Township provides office space as well as the management supervision and personnel necessary to manage and operate the water system in a professional, efficient, and economic manner.

The CTWA is authorized, by resolution of the Township, to serve not only customers located within the boundaries of College Township but also adjoining municipalities that request and agree to service. Likewise, not all College Township properties are connected to the CTWA water system. Some sections of the Township are served by the State College Borough Water Authority. Our customer service department will be happy to assist you with this determination or use the map at the bottom of this page to determine your service area.

Pay your CTWA water bills online and please note that the UAJA sewer bills are paid separately.
